Q. What format/file types are the clips/photosets?A.
This will differ from shop to shop and depends on what format the owner of the shop has made their products in. The following video clip formats are supported:-
- Video For Windows(AVI),
- DivX Video(DIVX)
- Apple Quicktime(MOV),
- Windows Media Video(WMV)
- Real Media(RM,RAM)
Photo set collections are contained in a ZIP file.

Q. A clip I downloaded is corrupted, what do I do?A.
The best thing to do is download it again at a different time, at peak internet hours, the transfer may be interupted by your ISP. If you repeatedly get a corrupt download, then you should contact the owner of the shop you purchased it from and ask for their assistance. [Back To Top
Q. How do I save a clip to my hard disk?A.
The best way to do this, is to right click on the download link and select the option to save the file. A file dialog box should pop up in your browser asking you where to save the file. [Back To Top
Q. How much time do I have to download my order?A.
You have 72 hours(3 days) to download the products in your order, beyond that, your order hash will no longer work. [Back To Top
Q. Why does my clip have sound, but no picture?A.
This is a codec problem, you should check to see what format the clip is in on the shop you purchased it from, if you can't tell, then you should email the owner of the shop to find out. Once you know, you will need to download and install the codec on your computer. Links to commonly used codecs and media players for different files can be found on the xxxFetish Media home page. Q. How do I order clips?A.
Each shop on xxxFetish Media is equipped with a shopping cart, to add clips to your shopping cart, simply click on the clip's 'Add To Cart' button. Once you have all the clips you want in your cart, click on the 'Checkout' button to goto the checkout and place your order. [Back To Top
Q. Why does my clip cut off half way through playing?A.
It's possible that the download timed out, check the size of the clip on your hard disk against the size of the clip in the shop you purchased it from, if your clip is smaller than the one in the shop, then this is why. You should download the clip again. [Back To Top
Q. Why does my clip take so long to download?A.
The speed that your clip downloads at, is dependant on the speed of your internet connection and the size of the clip you're downloading. As a rough guide, a 512k broadband connection will download a 50mb clip in just over 15 minutes. [Back To Top
Q. What browsers does your site support?A.
All major versions of most web browsers will work at xxxFetish Media, including Internet Explorer v4.0 or later, Netscape Navigator v6.0 or later, Opera v5.0 or later, and most versions of Mozilla based browsers(including Firefox). xxxFetish Media doesn't support Internet Explorer v3.x or Netscape Navigator v4.x [Back To Top
Q. Why has my order been declined?A.
Your order will be declined if you've entered your payment details incorrectly, or your issuing bank has refused the transaction, you should contact your credit card company about this as we cannot do anything about it. [Back To Top
